Eat for the Earth educates about the benefits of eating plants and provides practical tools for doing so. Examples include nutrition and food preparation classes, dietary immersions, and community education. The organization also advocates for systems change, supporting institutions to enhance human health and reduce environmental harm by implementing practices and policies that support plant-based eating.
